Security controls and data flows vary by product. Product-specific documentation, subprocessor details, and marketplace disclosures are the authoritative source for each service.
Our baseline
- Transport encryption for data moving across public networks.
- Encryption for stored credentials and platform tokens where a product must retain them.
- Least-privilege access, account-scoped authorization, and server-verified identity.
- Secrets kept out of source control and production images.
- Data minimization: collect and retain only what a product needs to perform its stated job.
- Operational logging designed to exclude credentials and sensitive payloads.
- Backups, recovery procedures, and deletion paths appropriate to each product’s data.
Reporting a vulnerability
Please email support@venturevd.com with “Security report” in the subject. Include the affected product or URL, a clear description, reproduction steps, and the potential impact. Do not include live customer data or credentials.
We will acknowledge a credible report, investigate it, and coordinate remediation and disclosure in good faith. Please avoid privacy violations, service disruption, destructive testing, social engineering, and accessing data beyond what is required to demonstrate the issue.
Questions from customers
Customers and marketplace reviewers can request current product-specific security and privacy materials through support. We do not publish details that would make systems easier to attack.
