Parties and eligibility
SweepIndex is provided by Venture VD LLC, a Michigan domestic limited liability company (identification number 802557198). Correspondence address: PO Box 103, Jamestown, MI 49427. By installing or using SweepIndex you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18, authorized to bind your organization, and established in the United States or Canada.
The service
SweepIndex indexes a Wix site's published blog posts, regular pages, selected dynamic collection items, and, if the owner switches on "Store products", visible Wix Stores products (name, description, SKU, price, product page URL, and main image), and returns them through a search widget with typo tolerance, synonyms, redirects, a zero-results report, and an "is this indexed?" lookup. It is not a system of record and does not guarantee that any particular item remains searchable if the site owner's Wix plan, source configuration, or published content changes. Access to Wix content is read-only; SweepIndex never writes to, modifies, or deletes a customer's site content. SweepIndex excludes unpublished, draft, and password-protected content, and hidden store products, from the index at all times. Indexed store products count toward the Free plan's 1,000-item limit.
Plans, billing, and refunds
The Free plan indexes up to 1,000 eligible items across a site's enabled sources, with synonyms, typo tolerance, content-type filters, and the full zero-results report. A paid Site plan is $9/month ($7.50/month billed yearly) and removes the item limit; all other features are the same as Free. Current prices and exact plan benefits are posted on SweepIndex's Wix App Market listing page, which takes precedence over any figure stated elsewhere in this document. Billing, invoicing, and refunds are handled entirely by Wix.com Ltd. under Wix's own App Market terms. Venture VD does not process card data and does not separately administer refunds; refund requests go through Wix.
Availability and termination
No uptime level is promised. Either party may terminate anytime; cancellation stops renewal through Wix, and access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend for security abuse, legal necessity, or material breach. Uninstalling starts the 30-day deletion window in the Privacy Notice; reinstalling within it resumes existing data.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or lost profits, revenue, or data. Aggregate liability is capped at fees actually received in the preceding twelve months, with a $100 floor.
Indemnities
The customer will defend and indemnify Venture VD against claims arising from the customer's published content, misuse, breach, or failure to give lawful notice or consent for personal data appearing in that content. Venture VD will defend and indemnify the customer against claims that permitted use infringes intellectual-property rights.
Law and data protection
Michigan law governs. Parties attempt informal resolution for 30 days; unresolved disputes go to Michigan state or federal courts, without removing mandatory consumer forum rights. The Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum apply.
Notices and changes
Send notices to support@venturevd.com. Material changes are emailed at least 30 days ahead; customers may cancel before an unacceptable change takes effect.
